Spirit's UNA-Explanation
The UNA is basically a training center for the newer armies of TT to be guided by delegates from some of the older, more experienced armies, including OC and VT.
If you enter the UNA, you will have access to very valuable guidance and tutulage from some of the veterans of TT. It wil help your army become stronger, more respected and unified.

Learn about
- how to make a solid main post
- keeping your army active
- how to conduct yourself as a member
- how to develop well-established rules
- how to develop strategies in BM and Scrum
- how to spot the perfect recruit

When you army is in UNA for (approx.) 1 month, your army will be observed and graded on these
- TT activeness
- main post
- army rules
- members (power, quantity)
- organization

If the army passes the test (getting a 70% or higher) then the army will receive the "UNA Approved" badge that can be put in it's main post - or something to that affect. If the army fails, it can choose to go on training and receiving guidance or it may back out of the UNA.

UNA-Badges
1.1 UNA Private AL Badge
1.2 This badge you get, when you have proven to be a good army-leader
2.1 UNA Private GM Badge
2.2 This badge you get, when you have proven to be a dedicated, thurstworthy member of an army
3.1 UNA Army GA Badge
2.3 This badge your army gets, when it has proven to be a good, strong army. (if you get more then 70% on the test)

Great start Cassie, altho for some reason (and it may just be my compy, I don't know) but the forum is all underlined and bolded. 8o

Anyways, I posted to VT about this and I'm hoping to get at least 2 more VT Delegates other than myself. I am happy to be a part of the UNA.

The rules seem good enough to keep a high standard.

So if you want your army to join this then your old army is practily UNA and you don't lead the army anymore??

@ Des : No, you understand it wrong; you stay leader, you have your own army, nothing about that changes.
This is ment to help New Armies, not being a merged group. And New Armies will be helped by people who know good about armies.

Cass, this is an awsome idea! Destoyer, please let OC join. This thing holds a lot of promise. You will still have full power over your army. They will just ask for resources once in a while.

Afcorse WS can be part of UNA. As Spirit stated, UNA is a group, of allied armies; who look for the others, and try to help the other armies going strong.

Cassie, what if my "description" of the UNA that I wrote in the WS thread was copied into the main post. Do you think this is a good idea?

Also, if the first conference is going to be this weekend, can it be this Saturday? It's juts that I will be out of town on Sunday.

@ fletched: Sort of, its based off of my threads - but the UNA is basically an organization that new armies can enter that want to learn some tips about the game and how to go about conducting themselves as efficent and solid armies.
