How To Place A Picture On PTT? (By Cassie)
Well, many players have been asking “How can I place a picture on PTT?” last days.

Destroyer*MA*VT* made a tutorial, but it isn’t fully correct. So, here you go.

Part ONE - The First Steps

Firstly: Take your picture. You can do that whit ctrl + p

Secondly: Find your picture. It should normally be located in your ThinkTanks-root-folder. It should be named: screenshot_00001 (or something like that).

Thirdly: Host your picture. There are many ways to host a picture. I would recommend

Www.imageshack.us - - Good website. It’s a bit slow though.

Www.xs.to - - Best website. Easy, Fast, Dedicated.

Www.ripway.com - - A bit more advanced. Registration needed. More a website to host.zip’s on

Www.yoxio.com - - More for professionals. Registration needed. More a website to host.zip’s on

Part TWO – Using The Hosting-Website

This piece is the ‘hardest’ part. Make sure you do not skip any steps. I’m explaining everything via xs.to

Firstly: Look for a piece on the website called “Upload”. Press the button named “Search”.

Secondly: There will a window pop-up. In that window, go to your ThinkTanks-root-folder.

Thirdly: Select your screenshot from there.

Fourthly: Press “Open”

Fifthly: The window will close, and the path to your screenshot will appear.

Sixthly: Press “I accept xs.to Terms of service”

Seventhly: Press “Host Image”

Part THREE – Putting The Picture On PTT

This piece is also hard, but do-able. Make sure you don’t skip any steps!

Firstly: xs.to will show your image.

Secondly: Look for the piece called “Direct Link”

Thirdly: Copy (ctrl+c) the link in that piece.

Fourthly: Go to the post you want PTT to show the picture.

Fifthly: type after the link.

Eighthly: Press “Submit”

Part FOUR – Looking If All Worked

If you’re really sure that it is going to work, you can skip this piece, but I suggest reading it.

Firstly: go to the place on the thread, where you posted. Go look if the picture appears.

Secondly (A): If the picture shows. Congrats!

Secondly (B): If the picture doesn’t show, you probably did something wrong, or skipped a step.
