Is there any way at all to reduce lag for your own servers?

Need to know for league games

Yep. Reduce the amount of internet stuff that you are using in the background. That means no downloading, AIM, surfing the web et cetera while you're hosting.

Or you can get a better connection. But that costs more, so just stick with the 1st suggestion.

I have a problem with hosting.....

People dont see my MODs or server come up on the on-line list

Do you have a firewall? If so, turn it off for the game. Then people will be able to see it.

Really, you only need to open port 2800 (I think) to host.

Also.. How To Get More servers to play on. Go into the Server/prefs.cs file and look for the "LagThreshold", it will be at 100. Change it to 1. :)
