Did you edit them 1 by 1 and not just one and save it for the rest?
Or did u color the enterier Tread its self ?
I just edited 1 and saved it 7 times
I know what you did, you saved the same pic for every one. You need to make the pic move up a little every time so that there can be an animation.
Look at sample ones in the library for further detail.

Yes Pazer is right the treads are a motion picture as you might call it. If you save it one time in 7 folders its going to look the same.
