Ehe, ehe, ehe. You people know nothing of a 3d game artist pipeline. ZBrush is for making high poly versions of low poly models which are exported to the 3d package the artist chooses, which they would typicly make a normal map of to place in game. Its also used to create high poly versions of the model, to use in cg animation.

In short: No

Long: You could if you wanted ridiculously low framerates. You would still need a 3d package (3ds max, maya, etc) to export dts from.
