Ok well I have a WMP11 PCI adapter and I have a WAP11 acces point.
What ports do I open up and how do I do it ?

I dont think u have to do anything special to play
the ports to serve are 28000 - 28010
read the manual that vame with the router
its either a toggle called game mode or it uses port forwarding
the manual should say something about this in the advanced sections
