Ah, but the question is: Does MI allow people being in other armies? Besides, if you're so cocky, just ask him. And finally, what's wrong with giving some useful information? Obviously, something is, otherwise you wouldn't be flipping out over it, so what is it?

^ Right on the money. Think of this before posting a thread: can it be settled another way? A situation involving two people can be handled through e-mail or IM. NOT the forums.
And just for an FYI, DJ is right, Leech quit SA and joined MI. We should know *hint: look at the SA in our names*. And a second FYI, MI only allows people to be in one army, just like the rest of the top armies. It usually ensures something we call loyalty (although, it doesn't always work...but that's another matter).

^ Next time look before asking. Plenty of people in armies don't have it in their names. And btw, why is a person too lazy to send a simple e-mail leading an army? (Note: Not an offensively asked question. I'm just curious as to how that exactly works.)
