Hey thinktankers,

I was just wondering if there is any preference for the settings in the 'options' menu that works better, as far as details and mouse speed and all that. I realize I am very new to thinktanks, and online gaming as a whole, but I notice that there are times that I go up against another tank, and even though the other one may be smoking, and I seem to get in just as many hits on them as they do me, I die, they live. There is a good chance that this is my blinding greeness, but I thought it possible that there may be an optimum setting for aiming (maybe I just THINK I am hitting them, but really I am aiming off into space). Thats all.

There is no "Best" setting for options. Play a game with the settings you have now and have a think about what you need to improve as far as the options are concerned. For example, if you think aiming with the turret is a bit slow increase the mouse sensitivity. Generally things of that nature.

In short, the best setting is the one you are most comfortable with.

The reason you duie is rounds. Some peeps (like me) have perfected the art of shooting full round insead of the last bullet and waiting for reload. Just be sharp and steady, and you will win.

If you're new then obviously you're not the best player, right? Just keep playing TT for a couple months and you'll be good in no time.

Note the date on the first post. I don't feel quite so new, nor quite so green anymore. Still shy away from battlemode because my aim needs work. I rely on driving quite a bit in scrum, battlemode seems a bit senseless anyways...IMHO.

Quit being modest.. Your aim seems to be just fine =)
