It's all in the Gimp. Make a new layer for each userbar you want in it, and save it as a Gif, as an animation. Adjust the delay to say "4000". Voila!

Did you host it via ImageShack and use [img] tags?

Go to imageshack.us, upload a pic, and click the "Direct link to image", right click on it, go to "Copy", and in PTT, type in:
[ img ](hit Ctrl+V)[ /img ]
But remove the spaces in the IMG tags.
Or... If you don't know how to use gimp, just go to www.ubanimator.com and animate your picture there! Not that I use it anyways...
