^wrong if its thelast 3 players you should go green!

Hello everyone in the TT community.
I have a simple question on forcing somebody, when they go green, they come and out blue and vise versa. For example, if I go green on a particular server I go to blue team (Survivor is a very good example for this).
How is this done?
