When using torque, the size depends on the nuber of textures used, so use all 6 and the size will be around 600 KB while if you use 1 then it'll be less than 200 KB.
Cool! So if I make a mod with only grass it downloads three times quicker? I remember trivox said "Paco's mod downloaded three times quicker than others". And I think it was only redterrain02.jpg. Thank you! %)

Yup Just Dont Put Alot Of Terrains, Rocks, Trees ETC ETC..... :) And it will shorten.

Objects dont make my terrain file smaller.
Ae you guys sure? I got an terrein with only one sort of terrein and just a few boosts and its still 577 kb

Is there a way to make the terrain SIZE (I dont mean the playing area) smaller? When you enter a mod it will download less? I think Paco made this long time ago with his Sniping terrain. Is there any other terrain editors than Torque Game Engine?
