Ya, it's all in how it's said. For instance, the current administration in Washington recently reported 14 of 18 provinces in Iraq mostly secure. Good. Course they didn't tell you that the remaining 4 contain 50 percent of the population.

@T; Well I have really been trying to deny it, or living in a state of denial (red), but I'm finally starting to believe there has been a dumbing-down of Americans in recent years. Probably to much TV.
