I do not know what constitutes "banning" behavior, but dominator AA is definitely spoiling potentially good games.

1. Team steals at goal way too often for it to be an accident. (an observation form numerous games)
2. Plays against team in the field in hope to personally score. (as if it were indie)
3. Constantly picking fights with other players creating a distracting banter of statements of a bellicose nature.
4. Claims that all goals are FB or luck, except his/hers of course. (nothing really wrong with this, but annoying as hell and lowers the mood of the game to something you might find in indie games with the kiddies)
5. Bogs the server down with lag and a 200+ ping ( I know this does not count but I thought I would throw it in anyhow)
6. Creates a negative mood in the game, which makes the game about as fun as the work I should be doing instead of playing thinktanks.

Most of those behaviors definitely sound like things which should warrant a flogging, at the least. Only one I'm not sure about is the "distracting banter of statements of a bellicose nature"....is that bad or good?

I concur whole-heartedly with max...i witnessed dominator's behavior today, BEWARE THIS RUBE.
because of his anti-team attitude, all his teammates switched sides.. Was five pissed of scrummers vs. Dominator & aphordite[bot].
even prior to today, his constant calls of "FB!" and "LAG!" really ruin the atmosphere.
everyone uses these excuses once in a while, but literally every goal?

I don't care what he does in indie games. He can lag in as many goals as he wants and claim every other goal is a FB.

Sure I could silence him but what if he is on my team?

I just don't want to play with him on my team in TS. He is a jerk to play with.

So I guess I will just have to switch teams even if it makes it uneven.

I think some tolleration should be excersized. At some point there will be enough distractions to kick him, and then after repeated kickings, ban him.

My advice: make dom a silent red tank. If he dives make him a heavy as well.

In yesterday's case, no admin was present to sort things out.
we all simply left the game and came back on the opposite team, rather than compete with dom's ego.

Have you considered that maybe a caning is in order?

Sluggy used to kick Dom repeatedly until he started to behave. Even after that he needed periodic reminders.

No warnings when my mods come up, banning first time for ever is the only way, why give a stupid person another chance. Not on my watch. I'll play with just bots instead of haveing someone ruining my game for others. The bots don't argue back... Soon all my mods from the past year will be up and if any one behaves bad or is a jerk your gone no warning..
