How... How... How... How.. How... How... I think I might have a panic attack just reading this! %) Well, atleast you made only one post instead of spaming up the Modding forums with all those questions... But WOW... I'll help you.
.)The Gimp problems should be discussed in the Skins Forum.
.)TGE is the way to go, because modding with ModWizard alone doesn't cut it. Go to: here to install TGE, and here for the TGE demo.
.)Yes it is possible to change 3-D shapes such as the admin ship. In order to do so, dowload blender and follow these instructions.
.)To use skins, simple follow the path to the item you wish to Skin and paste the picture provided in that place! For instance, if there was a skin for the "LightTank" you wanted, simply go to: "game/data/shapes/tanks" and paste the picture! If it asks you if you want to replace something (it should ask you to) say yes.
.)Well admin codes are provided in to ways... I suggest start out with Dash Codes , and possibly work your way to Art Crazy's.
.)To make weapons with the special.cs, follow Big Show's tutorial for new weapons.
.) Making useing differen't skies and fog stuff falls under this tutorial here .
.)To use the CTF script on your own server, go here
.)I'm stil not quite sure what your talking about there, but if you still have questions post below.
.) It also looks like you haven't even installed modwizard! here it is.

Hope I help... This should be helpfull to all newbs out there...
