I always find it interesting to see other artists' skins. I often wonder, "Why didn't I think of that?" when I see a nice, clean skin come off the line. Even when skill levels are close, there are always different techniques, different ideas that make a classy skin. I wish we could track the thought patterns and experiences that help us skin what we skin.

Say, anyone interested in analyzing each skinner's collection to discover what drives each particular skinner? Might be fun?

Try me, hehe XD

Some artists have a style in which they like to enhance the features of the tank with a more 3D look and design (Racer445 I believe). Some like to keep it simple, yet make it look good in the parts that they kept simple (not particular sure who does this, but possbily me). And some use tools that can distort their layers to give it an edgy look. Anything else?

I'd be interested in hearing your views on my style. Although I may not have enough of a collection to analyze for patterns...

Basically, what I do is start with a plain white template, scribble on it with a large paintbrush tool, and see which filters and colors make it look interesting. I also like to add photos, logos, and text to mine, occasionally even filtering those.

I use tuts I learned.

And I screw around with the tuts making new ones but never posting them on sites...

Pray to GOD for him to reveal himself to you.
