Playing the demo now, would be nice to have an online version in the demo and its a bit frustrating not being able to use all the troops.

Seems like a "reasonable" game but I won't be rushing out to buy it. All too much like what has been before it (warcraft etc.)

Just played (and won) the Demo version. Its quite good, I enjoyed, but for me it might get a pit repetitive and I will proberly get bored of it soon after if I bought it

I think Pharma is gone to Tribal Trouble Island... He loves the game. Talk to him. Supposed to be good, in a Myth2/Warcraft2 kind of way - with more humour. :)

Those RTS games are fun for a bit (I got hooked on Dawn of War), but there's no time for idle banter or any time to really focus. You start the game, micro your troops and muti-task like crazy, and then if you're lucky and fast, you have time to type "gg" before your opponent bails out halfway through the game cause they know they are SOL. Also, most of the time, the game is decided in the first minute, the first battle, etc., and the rest of the game is spent just going through the motions. No good way to mount an incredible comeback, no mysterious changes in momentum, etc.

But who knows, maybe this one's different.

56k had a link to this over the summer and I bought it. Pretty sweet little game. Didn't know GarageGames was distributing it now.

The thing I really like about it is they don't rely on pre-defined maps. You get a completely new island everytime you drop in.

BTW; Paco's been hooked on it too.

If anyone wants to schedule a demo run, lemme know.
