After months and months of trying I did It! I launched a Dedicated Server!
I did it a completely diffrent way. Really screwed up for macs only.
Well the info is that it is called Sky Fliers and it cycles through the lush maps its a TBM and I have boss bots and babybosses in the bots and messed up bot names and OC-SnowBoard-TS and Radical One are my admins.
This took me a long while.

I'm Also Contributing a method on Macs for launching a dedicated server because you cannot get the batch files for a dedicated server anymore as far as I know
Launch Terminal and Do not do anything yet.
Download a new thinktanks. And then name The thinktanks folder Dedicated so you know it is the dedicated server one. Go into Recources/Game/Server on your original and copy prefs.cs and prefs.cs.dso and copy it into the new one under server. Then go into MacOS and Reame The Thing Inside ThinkTanks with NO SPACES!!!!! IT WILL NOT WORK WITH SPACES!!! And then drag the Dedicated folder into Terminal. It should automtically make a file path. Adn then with no spaces type ThinkTanks.app/Contents/MacOS/ThinkTanks -dedicated -mission what you want -game TB=Team battlemode everything else is normal -log 1
If you do the way it says with spunky in the section Dedicated Servers in PTT you will find you can no longer play thinktanks. You now have 2 versions, having a unmodified version running the dedicaed does not change anything.

There you go!

EDIT: I got the chat to work properly. The problem was A,B,C, and D were the admin passes but I changed them to ?´?ƒ but its not like u can get on without being on the adminnames list lol.

yes im a girl and yes this is my anime crush

Try out my nifty Applescript dedicated server launcher from this thread in the help forum. You can duplicate it and put it in a folder with each modified copy of TT that you have (don't forget to change the filepath for each folder). Let me know if you need help by posting in that thread and then email me too.
