My email is whacked I cant send anything rt now so I will answer your questions here this time
1. The files your log is reporting missing (default.cs etc) are not a local issue - I think the master server supplies them
2. The new maps like Roo1.ter are to be put in your game/data/missions folder (where all the other.ters live
(if your computer is hiding file extensions then change that)
This will save you 10 minutes to get into my new ScruMod
I currently make 1 new map and scrum mod every week if posible and host them for a week each
Usually changed on Sat morning
If you like to scrum or just want the new map for personal use I will keep u on the SccruMod mailing list
I also send any new maps directly to Reagent X who generously set up a distribution site for the masses
