As far as I'm concerned, those are all dead, except BHT, which will die....
SF wasn't even fully recreated, DG merged with XTLr, WS died (as far as I know/care), and TW died.
Only two I see active are SD and OC,
I am going with SD since OC wasn't started from scratch (merged from OW, and er...oh, TC) and the leaders had little experience, no offense. I don't think it counts in my book because a new army like SD has new players, which have not had any previous experiments with any armies.
