Go to your profile and set nickname protection and it will record your IP
That means nickname protection was turned on for your account. It's a measure that z put in to prevent imposters on PTT servers. It will block anyone with a different IP address from joining as you. But if you join from a different computer or if your IP has changed since you signed up, then it won't work.
I've edited the nickserv file for you, you should be able to join as "Slipstreem©" now.
