We need a nice good thread,with all the flaming and spamming.

Basicly,if you ruled the world,what laws would you put into effect? Would you restart the way the world works? Or will you just let it die as you eat a lifetime supply of Krispy Kreme doughnuts?

Mine? Well,I'd put the "eye for an eye" thing back up(Justice system sucks),put lots of funds into science areas (we need to get better technology),ban tobacco(It kills everyone!),and...uh...Doughnuts!

DO NOT turn this thread into a political war,and don't criticize other's ways,just state your own.

I'd like to make the world so that anyone who had no future (ie jerks and brainless scum) would be sent to their own continent. It wouldn't be any different from the other continents, but the jerks and brainless scum would have to run their own coutnry somehow. I'd like to see how quickly they would tear themselves apart. :)

My world's most important rule, the less important will follow later on.

Everyone must play atleast two hours ThinkTanks everyday, if you're caught breaking this rule you'll get first a warning.
If you get caught again you'll lose your right to play ThinkTanks for one week. If you break this rule again after your bannishment, you'll lose your rights to play ThinkTanks forever.

PS: I know, it's very mean rule. :'(

I wouild foce everyone to love and play tt! I would aslo make programmers make the game hudge! Miles long millions of ppl on it! With tons of powerups and stuff and a lot of more ppl!

I would eradicate currency, teach everyone one basic language, and make sure everyone got their needs met, in an attempt to eliminate poverty and famine. I would (like Legendary) put much energy and resources into our technology, and new ways of achieving my previously listed goals.

If I ruled the world,how would I rule it?

I would start with religion. One or none.

Then language. One standard common language.

I guess government would be next. Democracy as a government in which the people are the majority and make their decisions based on truth.

Then I would move on to education. A society based on education. Public college. Much higher paid educators.

Next I would deal with market place. I like capitalism but it must be a more honest capitalism.

Of course the health issue cant be ignored. All humans have the right and the responsibility to be healthy.

I suppose I would have to deal with crime. Make drugs legal in an educated society and 2/3 of crimes committed will disappear.

Then there's government spending. No war. So that's $560 billion more for space exploration, medical research,technology research, and education.
All of which create millions of jobs.

Finally. A society that considers playing online video games like TT as an interactive positive pastime. Much better than shooting army-men with rubber-bands in the backyard.

Well...
I would sorta just leave it the way it is, but fix the way cars run on gasoline to other raw matrials.
Then I would make one BIG nukular plant that would send out electicity to the whole world.
And still keep church every sunday.

Things would be rather rough for the first few years, but after that it would start evening out.

How so? If anyone culd do what they want someone would try to take over the world with some sientific device then rule the world! Or it would be so chos that soon everyone whould die!

Well if everyone died, problem solved.

My theory is based on the "People only do what they arent supposed to" theory.

First, I'd kill Osama. Then I'd tie up John Kerry and force him to watch episodes of Barney and Teletubbies until he becomes a republican. Then, the poor people would get money, I'd get LOTS of money. I will force Saddam to listen to Cher and Ashlee Simpson music until he dies. I'd detonate all schools across the nation and I'd make a law saying "give homework to someone and you'll be hung." Then I'd drive a thinktank around town and go on vacations in a UFO. Then I'd get an XBox and play Splinter Cell until my XBox can't handle it anymore. And then I'd control the weather, making it sunny every day and rain when needed. No snow. Then I'd make it so that whenever im on the highway people would get out of my way even if it means crashing into somebody or going off a railing...

Go Bryce go!!! I agree with you in every way except the part about the no homework. Instead I'd just ban all public schools from even being run, and FORCE ALL ADULTS TO GET THEIR BUTTS UP AND TEACH THEIR OWN KIDS IF THEY'RE SO SMART!

Someday you will realize school is more important than you think. Sorry for criticizing, as Leg told me not to do, but I couldn't help it in this case. Think long and hard what a world without school would be like. Who would work, if we were all incompetent? Who would research, perform surgery, and do many other countless jobs that save lives and effort every day?

I would definitely start by raising tons of money to help those in need (Like the tsunami victims)
