I can't think of anyone who really gets under my skin in scrum. But I remember from my old TBM days that Trivox, au, and tank0r always gave me a run for my money. They would be the ones I was most likely to get angry at, although now I hold no ill will towards any of them. :)

In my earlier days I used to have the crap beat out of me by pretty much everyone. Game specific memories would by myself and TG against Pai and Demo. They just toyed with us for a while. Seemed like they just knew where we'd be, no matter what. I was bewildered at how many times they would just take the scrum away as if "I wasn't entitled to it." Did a lot of MF'n that night.
I think things have come along a bit since those days. Doing pretty well, although I'm not the type to run around and scream I own you!
I like playing quite a bit against, Memphis, Prof, Bolo, Triv, Tally, Reagent, Nuts!
They simply elevate your game, or own you.
The question is; Do you want to be owned?

Way way back in the day, I would say tank0r was the rivial friend :P. He was strong but of course I might get lucky here and there. Then poof no-more
I also thought it was sorta funny when MOE came into CTF. We now know who will win.
Hanky is a rivial in TS. He puts up a good fight.

My rivalry is with the growing group of adolescent bad sports....you know, the knuckleheads who talk smack if they're winning and make excuses and leave early when they're losing.
I love watching a skilled player sweep the floor with them...and do it with class.

My rivalry in BM would probably be GODZILLA! Everytime I see him in DASH BASH we always try and beat each other when we are on different teams.
My rivalry in scrum would probably be Icy (ST) or Shags (SA)
... Everyone :S no XD when I was at my best, it was always Nyar that would take me out! X/

CTF: prof and I went round and round back in the day...then he went to TBM and I went to TS...then we reunited in TS and in TBM....when he came to scrum I wasted him...when I came to bm he wasted me...now its fair game everywhere...still love to shoot that dude (even if he is a wimp)...
Moe and chief used to give me a good competition when there was a decent ctf server
Bm: all my rivals quit or arent around when I am (hoosane, alt + F4, mysteryman, hurley, quitter, chanman, lc50)
Currently supra, au, muscles, infinite monkey, wiz and triv give me a good fight for the top spot and given the current state of the toilet lair, I dont usually get it. In dash bash LOOK OUT :)
Scrum: tally ho, rx, hugo. Top drivers who hate getting blasted. Although we occasionally team up its still more fun to blast them. Other than that all my rivals have either quit or gotten crappy (i. E. Mars, tankgirl, tanky, PREY)

I saw LC50 the other day. Gee he comes and visits every 3 months or so. I dont have time make some crappy list like bolo did but I will.
TS- Hanky, Tally, Jangles, bolo, napalm, 44, prof. They bash me around all the time.... Not fun :o
BM- Prof, napalm, maybe bolo... They give me a run for my money. They put up a great fight, good trainers.

TS- The Proffesor and Jangles are the ones who push me around as if we are playing "Senior Bashing". I think they are both a threat when they play while drinking...
BM- willow is more or less my partner in crime! We challenge each other all the time, whether we're playing against each other, others, or bots. Nonetheless, we always have one heck of a game!

@All: Sorry I havn't been at the late night games, school has got the better of me!
^ all you guys kick my ass 75% of the time. But every once in a while I get in that good clean kill 'n score or a nice booster blast to the goal or a pop over a rock or I juke one of the best like 44 or Memphis. And that makes all the ass kickin and 0 score maps worth it. And I keep getting just a little bit better now with 8 months in.

Time to be honest. Who is your biggest nemesis/rival? You know, the one player that seems to get the best of you more than anyone else. Doesn't mean they are better than you, just that they seem to push you to play your best every time you see them in a game on the opposing side. Doesn't mean you don't like them either, it's nothing personal, just a competitive thing. If you don't have one to share, how about rivalries that you enjoy watching out there between other players?
Here are some rivalries that I "think" exists that I enjoy.
Bolo vs Tally Ho: I always enjoy any team scrum games that pit these two scrumming Gods against each other.
They seem to raise each other's games to new levels (as if that were possible!) every time they compete! Their play is contageous and it raises every one else's level too! It's always a hoot and always a close match!
From the past, I enjoyed the battles between Ben/Fried Chicken vs Hoosane! Some said Ben was the best BMer and others believed it was Hoosane.
