Yes, another one of these threads, yet this time by ME. I don't want any of you telling me I shouldn't have made this, because there was nowhere else to put it, and there is a valid reason which all of you except the one which I speak of will see.

With that, I was banned, undoubtedly by him. That was either Tank0r, FatLips, or CrapBlaster, the ONLY people who talk to me like that. He was unprovoked, and by far said more verbally to me than I did to him. Sorry- no screenshot, I was banned too soon to think to do it. I want to be unbanned ASAP. I can be pretty sure myself that Tank0r and FatLips aren't admins, so it must be CrapBlaster, or Crow/JetJaguar, who I now have a small reason to believe IS CrapBlaster, due to CBs acting towards me as Jet did in times past. I need a decent explanation for this, and if it was not CB, someone better tell me who it truly was.

As most of you know, I can't play nearly as well as usual, because I'm stuck on my mom's frickin' computer. If I get banned for merely PRACTICING to try to improve how I play on another comp, that's really LOW. Whoever did this is not proving ANYTHING, other than their lack to function as a human being.

I was in Dash"s but I was not the one who banned him, I didn't see it happen.

Dash asked that if anyone had a problem in his server they should e-mail him, and not post it on PTT. Maybe you should do as he asked...dash.tank@gmail.com .

Perhaps, and I will send him an e-mail too, but this thread gives me somewhere to tell people to go when they ask... I almost don't go anywhere BUT DashBash, so they'll wonder, already many people today have asked, and I referred them to this thread, so I can continue playing without a repeated explanation. I have my reasons. ;)

I just went in and unbanned you by the name Niko,, If you were banned by and admin for being disrespectful to him,, and butting in when he's doing his job, I will hear about it. I sure hope is was for nothing.

Thank you CrapBlaster, but STILL, I do not know who it was and would like to know who, so his admin rights would be taken, honestly, this shouldn't be acceptable by dash... Is Tank0r a DashBash admin?

Hmmmm

Just got banned yesterday in DashBashStock... Accidently teamkilled a player named "onyx" who then booted & banned me. Odd...i apologizied. :o

Guess I'll be moving back to shockwave.

@ dash:
If you have a chatlogger installed it might be good to look through it and see who used the "/adm" or "/sadm" code. You can copy a part in a word file if the list is too long.
That way it is easy to find out who did it...

I don't like the chatlogger. I don't want to be writing to a file like that for the duration of a game. I tried doing a chat logger once and it was a performance hit. I don't remember the numbers but not something I want to do everytime someone say hi. I'm going to change the function that maps admin codes to admin actions and log all administrative actions this will be much less frequent file access and should be about 3 lines of torquescript.

Use vim not word or other cheesewhiz winblows editors. I frequently open log files 500MB in size using vim and performance is great, runs on macs,window,linux, solaris, *bsd, and probably toasters too

Dash... Could you consider unbanning twin too? I think perhaps Onyx is "The Joker" among many other names, and is a high-strung admin. Do you know who this is, dash? I've seen Onyx around too, and shoots the same as jokey too, when fighting.
