The Future of Scrum is Here! XD

As we progress along the path of enlight enment in our light tanks toward the Ultimate, a few devoted voyagers have become thirsty for new pastures to graze on. Several devoted Monks have spent their extra hours dutifully hand-crafting entirely new landscapes and terrains rich with fruit and ready for exploration. We have banded together to make them available for exploitation and ravashing by meat-eating hungry Scrum dogs ready to blow each other to hell and to fill the air with fire and lead! Ruff-Ruff! Baaaa!! Mooooo!!! Disgusting Flea sound!!!!

I would be very excited to see the Mods of MonkeeMan and dash become more widely played on by the most Advanced Team Scrummers. The main problem in pulling this off in the past is the fact that Mods take time to download . However: there is a solution!! All you have to do is pre-download the terrain files, and simply place them in your game/data/missions folder. They are new files, so you are not in danger of screwing up anything - you are simply adding a few files to that folder. Each map has one terrain file which ends in ".ter". This is very easy to do folks! The bottom line is once you do this you won't have to wait for each map . You will just pop in like normal. Woot!

So. The solution to this is to clearly post these Mod terrain files to make them easy to find! They are posted here. Eventually -z- may be able to have a section for these files.

Dash has his mods regularly up on his servers. He has a 4-map rotation that I highly recommend. Dash: can you please post your terrain files here?

After many High-Level discussions, MonkeeMan and I have worked together to bring you 8 MonkeeMods to The Baarnyard. As an experiment I will be hosting a rotation of these maps for some late-night Team Scrum Action! We hope all our friends and neighbors will take the time to pre-download these terrain files and come join us!

Play some new terrains! Take your tank out for a spin and check out the scenery. And blow the crap out of someone while you're at it!

Gotta warn you that it can be almost as addicting as the game! :)

TrivoxMods are up now. Trivox has contributed 2 lush maps, and they are in a rotation with 2 other normal lush maps. Downloads available in the top post of this thread.
