I started watching SG1 when it was Showtime's series. I still Tivo it but haven't been watching it as much since Jack (played by Richard Dean Anderson) left the show. My guess is they are running out of story lines and the cast is probably ready for something new. I think Stargate Atlantis is a good show but it didn't hook me like SG1. Seems like I did see something about another spin-off but I don't recall any details.
Yeah, jack was most excelent. You can't beat MacGyver with guns. I didn't like atlantis at first either, but they have recently made some more intriguing story lines. And BTW, Jack is in Atlantis right now. Did you catch the 200th episode?

No, I haven't seen that one. Will have to check Tivo and see if I still have it saved.
I'm a big fan of Stargate... But it just hasnt been the same since Jack left... I totally lost interest when the new series came out with the "priors" etc... The whole style of the show has gone... They used to show a random snippet at the beginning, to get you interested into the full story... But now its one continuous story... And they've all gone too high in "ranks" Bring back Hammond! But oh well... Thats show business
Yeah, you just can't beat Ricky D. I still love the 200th ep, though. My favortie part was when they did the puppets. :P

I also love the one when Jack and Tilk are stuck in a time loop and they play golf through the startgate hehe And the classic line from that episode....

I heard this on aint it cool news. Apparently this is the last season of SG1. :[ Atlantis is still going to keep on going. I heard they may be doing a third spin off. Any other people think it is because they dropped jack off? Anybody else care? Even if it does end now, it is the longest lastinf scifi show- ever. XD
