1. How do I launch a dedicated server so I can enter TT at the same time?

2. In my TGE mod, when I try to use modwiz (The old version) my rocks and trees wont place. Help!

So really I was of o assist, sorry buddy :[

The trees and rocks wont work in Mod Wiz unless the map is named in the TT#_#.ter format
Copy and paste your map and rename it TT1_5.ter and edit your mission to call for the same
Then add rocks and trees
When satisfied with the mod then redit the mission to reflect your original map name
and throw out TT1_5.ter

As far as dedicated to mod - its possible but not neccessary
If your mod is named TT1_5.mis then it will show in the Create Game window
The key here is to have consecutive numbers
For instance 1-2-3-4-5
If you have TT1 then 2 then 4 ----------4 will not show
The missions must be consecutive

If you really want to launch dedicated to edit then
copy and paste a bat file from your dedicated folder and edit it as you need
To edit a batch file - rt click and choose EDIT
