My Personal Tips/Tricks in Bm and Tbm

TIP 1: In order to have better aim when someone is passing such as going aside you and your aim is slow change the mouse inver thing in your options to the one your confortable to.

TIP 2: Better Recitles Improve about 50% of you aim, GET SCYTHEMANS RECITCLES! and improve your aim!

TIP 3: Get a high visibility skin for the heavies and meduims, lights too if you like.

TIP 4: Maybe change the sounds for incomming shots at you that are very loud.

TIP 5: The Gliding Trick on the Light Tanks is very usefull try slamming into the light tanks so you can get a chance to shoot them while there messed up and spinned out.

TIP 6: Heavies go flying when there hit so hit them as hard as possible and shoot for you life that will get the heavies really quickly.

TIP 7: Mediums are the all powerfull stupidity demo tank (THATS TO ME) but still there slow enough for you to spin around in one spot and shoot them to kill.

Tip 8: DO NOT CHAT WHILE YOU ARE NEAR AN ENEMY!

TIP 9: If you lag where they can still hit you, and you can't move, then it's bad lag (for you). If your lag is the kind where you "teleport" behind the opponent following you, then it's good lag (for you).

TIP 10: When a tank is smoking very hard, and runs back into the group of his team (if it is TBM). DO NOT FOLLOW it, the others will jump on you and get you killed most likely before you can kill the smoking tank. So just don't go after a tank when you have to cross it's team mates!

Tip 11: Take some time and study the other tanks moves then try and counter them to trick them.

TIP 10: LAG WILL GIVE OTHERS ADVANTAGES

Saturday, May 27, 2006 at 12:19:53 AM

So someone did notice my reticles, and yes they work very good.
Nice tips, only TIP 10 is kinda bad in the situation I discribed below:

When a tank is smoking very hard, and runs back into the group of his team (if it is TBM). DO NOT FOLLOW it, the others will jump on you and get you killed most likely before you can kill the smoking tank. So just don't go after a tank when you have to cross it's team mates!

TIP 9: LAG DOES NOT GIVE YOU AN ADVANTAGE.

This is not always true, it depends on the kind of lag. If you lag where they can still hit you, and you can't move, then it's bad lag (for you). If your lag is the kind where you "teleport" behind the opponent following you, then it's good lag (for you).

I'd like to add my comments on thse if you all don't mind. :)

TIP 1: -Better aim when passing- If you hit the arrow keys, back up and swerve, shooting coordinated, you have superiority

TIP 2: -Better Recitles Improve about 50% of you aim- I say it depends... I personally just use a LilAlienD's crosshair for all of them... It just looks awesome. Playing in windowed mode is good also.

TIP 3: -High visibility skin- It's good to some degree, but go with what you like for the most part. It doesn't make a lot of difference to me, just have some distinguishable difference between the three tanks, if you chose to skin at all.

TIP 4: -Maybe change the sounds for incomming shots at you that are very loud- I've never noticed a problem of that, but it's a good idea. A download explosion sound effect does well... There's a lot of free websites for them.

TIP 5: -The Gliding Trick on the Light Tanks- It's good, but perfect it, because if you don't do it right, your light tank will end up pretty much grounded, the turn at such a tight degree that you can't do it... Must be executed with precision 100%.

TIP 6: -Heavies go flying when there hit- Circle, and Ram with unpredictability, so you still have the ability to wipe one out when you have low health, without the risk of getting killed.

TIP 7: -Mediums are the all powerfull stupidity demo tank- They can be very deadly... I learned it myself once... It's like the heavy... You get bored when you can kill everyone without a challenge... Except those nasty little buggers that always seem to get after you. (I wouldn't advise it)... After practice, maybe... But not all the time. You should have the ability to switch between them with not much trouble.

Tip 8: DO NOT CHAT WHILE YOU ARE NEAR AN ENEMY! - Of course. :) Or just use cruise control for a second.

TIP 9: If you lag where they can still hit you, and you can't move, then it's bad lag (for you). If your lag is the kind where you "teleport" behind the opponent following you, then it's good lag (for you). === Lag pretty much sucks... If a game gets laggy, I pretty much leave, because it's not fair, even if it helps you.

TIP 10: -Don't follow smoker- That depends. If you observe who's in the group they've fled to, and see you can take them out, go for it. I usually do... Rarely do I fail.

Tip 11: Take some time and study the other tanks moves then try and counter them to trick them. - Very true... Learn basic styles of fighting, and know the weaknesses of each. I take pride in my adaptability to terrains and others' fighting tactics. Practice makes perfect, so just work on it. It's a great way to fight.

XD Thanks all.
Niko. Good tips there, zombie. : )
