Everything works for the demo
you yourself cannot use the things downloaded but some servers you join might
some servers dont allow demos tho so most of the stuff you download wont be accessable

NO, you cannot modify and script files or mission files in the demo or the game will become "corrupt". You have to buy the game to mod. You can't use the jeep with the demo. Never tried skins with the demo, however I'm thinking they wooulkdn't work.

Actually chilled you can mod and host a server with the demo
but if it was told then what would be the purpose of the demo right?

And yes.... When I was a demo I had the matrix skin lol.... It works
