Hi everybody. I decided to post this here in the Tournament Forums, since this is directly related to tournament and scheduling issues.

I have found a free, cross-platform program (works on any computer system) and it's called:

'Splendid City' (www.splendidcity.net)

Now, I think that this application looks like a real kick-ass remedy for tournament scheduling aid. Basically, what this is, it's a system for organizing any game events and publish results, schedules, team rosters, etc. On the web. It also has integrated ftp-uploading of data to a website, it has integrated email functions, calendar functions and pretty much everything that anyone could ever hope for. And I repeat, this thing is totally FREE and great.

Seeing that there have been so many difficulties in scheduling for instance the current Team Battlemode League Season 5, I wouldn't say it's a totally strange idea to maybe try this program. If not for this season, then maybe for future TT tournaments.

Check it out for yourselves and see what you think about it!

Sincerely,
.wiz.

Here's a quote from the description of the program on its website:

I just gave it a go and yeah, it's a fine app. Also, I didn't notice any spy-ware or malware whatsoever. My firewall didn't report any outgoing traffic or nothing from this app, so I think the coast is clear, so to speak.

I fiddled around with it and entered some info from the current TBML5 league and boy, it's super easy to set all things up.

LOL

8. Can I open the same project file on my Macintosh and my windows PC?

Yes. All project files created using the free Splendid City Lite or Professional versions can be accessed across all supported platforms.

Nice find Wiz.
