Ok all I am in deep talks with some one about getting this going again.
Please post all comments and concerns about season 2.0.
I also would like to know who would like to take part in this.

Now please keep in mind this is still not in writting yet but I am working very hard with some one from GG to get this going again !

Im there... Especially after TBML.

I would like some of the teams to return, although I realize that may not be possible with all teams. Maybe we could add some other teams.

Servers must be lockable, admin tools must be available, multple servers would be best.

That I can tell you will not happen unless they are a Moderator sorry.
You have to remember CTF is linked to PTT its self and if some one got out of hand and you made the mistake of banning them then all hell would break out. Not to mention the fact there is no "Restart Command" or "Team Colors Command" in the Admin. Controls. So with out those 2 Commands, it really is pointless for any one but a Moderator to have this power.

Also we need to do as much of this on our own as possible

I also would love that but I think it is best, that we just form new teams.
If any team was to return Lady Killers would have that right,
only due to they were season 1.5 Champions ! B)

As a last resort we might have to use those CTF maps made by us.
I would much rather have the original if at all possible.
Not that I don't like yours cause you know I do but the scripts are not the same.
Meaning the Point System is completely different then the original. B)

You know from last time all the challenges we had. Complete control over when the server is up, which map is played, and the password, is a must. I'm sure you'll be able to wolfinate this. In fact put me down for any extra duties if you need it.

I will return. I still proudly wear my lady killers skin in low visibility maps. The pink babe really makes me play harder!

On map situation:

Not being able to restart or skip maps was a big problem LW, this was a situation that some called unfair, unlucky. We often played the same map because the time was always the same more or less...

Trust me I am working on this very hard.
I will need help to run this, when it happens.

In Fact I was hoping to find a Vet who doesn't want to play but wants to be the main Commissioner.
With my help and Oddballs.

This should also help to prevent any issues that came up like last season.
With certain rule about what if a server drops.
The main Commissioner would have nothing to gain,
since this person will not be playing.
So there should be no fighting over his/her ruling,
no matter what it may be !

We will all work together to come up with rules we all agree on before we start.
For right now I just want to make sure,
if I can make this happen, I don't end up looking like a fool.
Due too lack of players for the league !

Please keep in mind we might have to go with another CTF Script
Try to check out GQ_SHOOTER'S version,
this Sun at 12pm CST,
she will have her version up.
GQ's version is the closest I have seen & played,
to the real thing, with all scripts working Right !

Trust me that frustrated me also.
I will be doing everything in my power to make sure this doesn't happen.
Not to mention all the other crap we all had to deal with.

I sent out another email on this matter to the people we need to talk too, in order to make this happen, today.
I hope to have some updates, some time today. If not I am sure they will get back to me by Mon.

My CTF resume:

-captain of 2004 CTF tournament runnerup team Fellowship: (we had a no show at the finals...)
-captain of the undefeated team RAVAGE (season suspended due to -z- going awol)
-known to drive fear in the hearts of all those who oppose me in pickup games!!

Im only interested in playing with the original CTF scripts and on a decent server. 56k's server sucks and every copycat script ive seen doesnt do justice to the original. In fairness I havent seen gq's version so ill try it first.

My concern is with the frantic maps. During the last CTF season there were a lot of complaints of players getting killed by flying rocks. Sometimes while sitting in the goal.

Im not sure if I can play it will depend on school.

-z- had to sign a non-disclosure agreement with bravetree in order to make CTF. Until they decide to give us the scripts and we can host CTF from a private server this league will never happen. Since GG hasnt done anything for this community in long time it's the least they can do...I hope lonewolf can get this done. In the mean time, I wont be buying anything from garage games....EVER

I can tell you we (GG's & I) are working on having the server so it is like Dash's server.
Were Admins can lock and unlock server when needed !
Right now my first goal is to get the main codes installed back into CTF.
Such as Team & Private chat, tank codes and color codes.
Main thing we need though is to be able to admin in there !

you mess up in there Trolls ,
