The Child Safe Filter is meant so that you can NOT get the password.

Number one rule in computers:
If your program (i.e. Think Tanks) is not running as you like, make a backup file of it and install it again 8o 8o
And about Think Tanks:
(I'm telling you to mess with your TT game info but I dont care if you melt your computer XD :'( )
After you install it again :
Compare the corresponding files by looking at the size
And copy all of the old TT files to the new TT files except for any files related to Filtering ;)
DON'T DO ANY OF THE ABOVE STEPS UNLESS YOU ARE SURE OF YOU ARE DOING AND THE RISKS
