Since I dont remember doing or saying anything that could be considered 'offensive,' why did you block my IP?

I got news for ya event, rep doesnt have an account here because he doesnt go to this site. If you want to know why, ask Nyar, he may post here. But if you are banned, repent has a very good reason...i guarantee you that.

Talked to my little bro (who also play TT under the alias Charlie)...He says that there was another 'Charlie' that was supposedly told not to come back into the Mountian mod, and when he (bro) went in, repent banned him instead of the real offender... :o

He has 3 acounts for god's sake. Are you blind? Tsk...tsk...tsk....

This is a small section of my userlog it list all the players who come into my mod by their IP address and name. I have X ed out all the IPs of the innocent. Please note that there where no other Charlie's in my log until this time. And he was kicked 2 times before he was banned. As you can see the IP address are the same on all of the Charlie's entrees.

To make a long story sort he was being a pest he was asked to stop on several occasions and was warned on several occasions by lookin4U and myself. But he would not stop so I kicked him. He came back and pick up where he left off So I kicked him again.
The last time he came in calling me names so I banned him. That's it. I did not ban the wrong player.

Seems to me all I had to show was that it was Charlie that was kicked out and came back and not another player.

I wish I had a dollar every time a player told me it was not me Repent, it was my brother or my sister but it was not me. Anyway even if it was not you, Charlie is banned and has tried to inter my mod on at least 6 occasions since. I have no way to discern between you and your brother. There fore the ban stands for now, I am sorry if you have to pay for the actions of your brother.

Rep, he's 9 years old..I can post a picture of myself and him if you like. Heck, I could scan his birth cirtificate, provide his SSN... Im not making this up.

He, and I, have tried to join several times since the original posting of this message, in the hope that you were just taking a bit to lift the ban.

Personally, I think you're over-reacting to all this, and while Im not sure of the 'magnitude' of the 'offensive' comments he made, I can assume, with a relitively high probability of correctness (or something close to that since I know him quite well) that whatever he said was NOT, indeed, 'offensive.' Rather, he was being purely 'annoying,' and, kid that he is, did not realize that he was being a 'jerk.' (Essentially: jeeze he's only 9yrs old...cut the kid some slack.)

Now, IF you can provide a log of the conversation, OR at least quote some examples from memory, Id be more than happy to listen, and probably would believe your version of this drama rather than his.

I can promise you repent, that IF you lift the ban, you will not receive any more 'abuse' ('excruciatingly painful' or otherwise) from this IP address. Ever.
And if you do, you have my permission to ban us from the mountian mod, as well as ANY other mod you happen to be in charge of. Permanently

Now, if you still happen to mistrust me, thats fine, its well within your rights to ban anyone for any reason (or no reason at all) from any mod you create/host. Im not going to dispute that, and I will respect your decision.

He already mislead you with what he said, he just came in at the wrong time and was banned for something some other player did.

I do not feel I have to prove myself. The ban will not last to much longer but a little remorse would be nice.
We try to run a fun mod free from pest. When a player disrupts the game and takes the fun out of it for others we ask them to stop, if they don't stop we warn them, if they keep it up we kick them. If they come back and start all over again we kick them again. If they return and things have not changed we ban them this is the way it is.

I know why you cant get into the server. Your bro got banned and since you have the same ID number you cant get into it now. That happened to me. * banned me from his mod disqiused as 187.
