Daim, Zimp, Vash, Racer & 44,

After seeing everyone's availability times it appears that we'll have to duke it out this weekend.

It's my understanding that Daim is working Saturday & won't be able to play until midnight, so Sunday is probably our best option.

Does this sound good to everyone? If so let's figure out a time.

Way to grab the reigns MP. I'm wide open for anything with a start time at or before 10pm EST.

Wednesday, January 14, 2004 at 7:53:39 AM

Im fine with that.

I'm wide open for anything with a start time at or before 8pm EST. Ouch!

If its at 8, dont expect me to be there. Im only 10 you know and bed time is 10pm EST. Well,im Homeschooled anyway so daytime will also work for me.

See ya then!,

Then Sunday during the day it is.

Yes Major, what 44 said. We appreciate you taking the lead.

Racer, your only 10. I'm impressed. Now please take it easy on us old guys. Our reaction times are slower.

See ya'll Sunday in cartoon land.

Suggestion; will Sat. Morning work for everyone? I'm available before 12:00 pm CST. If my work schedule is the cause of the delay, please replace me with someone with a normal schedule if you need to.

Thursday, January 15, 2004 at 1:03:16 AM

@ D.B. I can make sat but not too earlie in the morning. I like to sleep in on days

Off, im PST time, so pick a time for us to play.

I would like to keep all teams orignal roster.

@ zIMP

Yes, it's combined score of two games.

DB is available until 12 CST, which I believe is 11 AM MST. My interpretation of this is that Daim will need to have the games over with before that time.

Let us know if this is correct Daim.

Also, we have two times that people have agreed are okay to play: 3PM PST on Sunday and 9AM PST Saturday. I propose we put this to a vote & see what time everyone wants to get it on. I vote for the 3PM Sunday slot (I'm pretty useless in the AM... ) :P

Those without a preference can make that statement in their post. Hopefully it won't end in a tie...

I need to be out the door and on my to work no later then 1:30 PM CST on Sat. Morning. I stated "before 12:00 PM" just to give myself a margin of error. Starting at 12 should give us plenty of time. However, Sun. At 5:00 PM CST also works for me. But I don't have a preference as both times will work for me.

Maybe we should use zulu time.

Available both times. Preference would be Saturday.

Friday, January 16, 2004 at 6:12:38 PM

How about sun 5pm CST

Would that be ok for every one (Racer445?)

I think that would be 3pm PST.

Can some convert these times, I have a head ache...

Friday, January 16, 2004 at 6:55:23 PM

OK...let's put an end to this back and forth B.S. -- it has gotten rediculous.

Game is scheduled for Sunday at 3:00pm PST.

If you won't be able to make it, email me at rehasbro@verizon.net and we'll figure something out. Otherwise, game is on...see you on Sunday at 3:00pm PST.

Friday, January 16, 2004 at 10:26:38 PM

LOL, kool with me....

Saturday, January 17, 2004 at 5:08:53 AM

What about this....... Just kidding. Sunday works well for me. Sorry for the confussion.

Hopefully my tank will be out of the shop by then. It has a nasty habit of wobbling then turning up-side-down just before I enter the goal.

Saturday, January 17, 2004 at 5:15:08 AM

Yay! Sunday! I dont have ANYTHING to do then!

I have to go to Baseball tryouts today, that takes awhile.

Lets Shoot for (Pun intended) Sunday, 3:00PM PST

GAME ON!,

Sunday, January 18, 2004 at 3:42:28 AM

Hey all,

I got the password for the PTT 3v3 server so we can play there tomorrow. Team #7 you can email me at gbhain(at)yahoo(dot)com & I'll send it to you. How is your connection Vash? Have you hosted before? Maybe we can use as a backup if anyone has lag on the PTT server.

Sunday, January 18, 2004 at 5:59:18 AM

Ok, I will send :)

Sunday, January 18, 2004 at 1:14:25 PM

I have dsl also, so I guess I could host but on one map

So I guess we will all have to agree on a map. :)

Racer,

This is the Principal. Come to my office right now and bring a note from your parents. Truancy is very disrespectful to the rest of your class. I want to know what happened -- and it better be a good story.

"Did I miss it?"

Were you there?

That's not a good story, by the way.

Sunday, January 18, 2004 at 11:10:51 PM

Oh well. Its only a game :)

Sunday, January 18, 2004 at 11:19:12 PM

Not the right attitude to have there Racer. That's fine if you just play in pick-up games on regular servers, but when you commit to tournament games it's unfair to your teammates if you don't bother to show up. It's not fun for them because there's virtually no chance of winning, & it's not fun for us because we want to be seriously challenged for the win.

In your above post you led everyone to believe that Sunday 3PM PST was just fine to play. I suggest if you decide to enter tournament play in the future make sure that you're committed to following through.

I know you're just a kid, but it will serve you well in life to learn that when people are depending on you it's important not to let them down.
