Xfire is The self-proclaimed "Instant Messenger for Gamers" that enables you not only to chat with other gamers using x-fire, but has a nifty direct-connect feature that will allow you to join into the server of any fellow gamer on your buddy list, provided the server isn't full and you also have the same game.
