DJ you must be to young to ever have had a job, or you would know when you restructure a company and add new and improved team members the company will produce better quality ppl. And as a new team member I will strive on making this team better. And if our management is so bad why is he trying to get this going again as a team??? DOH to improve his skills and ours. Just because you think he has not done a good job means very little to me, as you know nothing of the new team members and what we can do to improve our team. And the objections you seem to have are chicken.... The point is to get better and winnnnnnnnn so the fact of winning is the point. And oh yes I can disprove you many times over. The captain or team leader is not the backbone of any company it's the work force that makes it successfull... If you ever get a chance to work for a company as a real (team member) you will understand why our team leader doesn't have all the responsibility on his own of making this work. If he fails it's because we let him down.... If we fail because of lack of his knowhow... Then we fail as a team... There is no I in team.. DOH you learned something today... Huh Get a Job...
