So I was really bored and I saw ice punks volcano and it gave me an idea so... I changed the color of the frantic terrain and made it green kinda like toxic waste so I was wonder if there was a way to make the fog green but without editing the mis files on all the frantic levels or even if I had to so that it wouldnt effect any other levels or online servers so that only I could see it? I guess iim kinda asking if u can skin the fog or another substitue 4 that that wont mess up my game? Well heres a screen shot anyways.

You're absolutely correct. This should be in modding.
There is no way to edit fog without editing the mis.

Sure there is, play with your monitor settings. :)
