Hello evyrebody. I'm qeuti new here, and I heared about something called 'clans'. As I can see here there are lots of them. But -I guess- I can't join the most
(senci I'm new..) If eny (good) clan could give me a invetiment, I would be honoured.

P.S. First I thought about to start a clan, but when I saw some coments on new clans...
P.S2. I'm good in batteling. (I think you guys name it 'tbm'?) And I can host using 'dedicated' and 'create-button'

XTL is looking for some members as we've just lost a good one (PLAYER36) to SA. Take a look at our thread and forums--post on our forums to request membership. The leaders will vote on whether you can get in. It would also help if we set up a time to see how good you are at TBM.

Barca, there are many good armies, but I suggest going for the Big 5. These are the top five armies: UF, SA, ST, DAS, XTL; and remember, if even 1 loss happens to the army you join in the Big 5, your army is knocked off the list, unless they were beaten by one of the other Big 5 armies. UF and 1 other army (I think its ST, but im not sure...) are not accepting members. In this case, id suggest XTL, as they are quite good. Just helping with you selection. ;)

Hello Barca, welcome to the armies of TT. As Monica and Zot have said - XTL is a very good army with many good solid members that will give you instruction and valuable lessons. However, mi is another good army and is also in need of members.

However, like Zot said, aim for one of the top 5 - UF, SA, ST, DAS and ZTL - since they tend to be the most active, but If not, here would be my suggestions:

1) mi - in need of members but is guided by a solid core of officers

2) VT - very active and is an allie army with mi, so you have a good chance (if you want to) of getting into both VT and mi

3) DT - an up and coming army that has a very good leader.

There are also armies like TC and OW which are pretty good, but reatively new.

Ahh, yes XTL, mi and VT are all goopd choices, we also lost PLAYER36 to SA, so you could gladly fill his place ;)

If you wanna be in one of the newer armies, I would sugjest DT (Excellent new armie!) WA(Very good, ive been in it) TC (I am the leader, it is pretty good)But dont bother for tw or GOA! They are well...i think we all agree they suck. :P :(

Go for OW aswell we need 1 more person whos a good TBMer then the gates are closed. :)

Hello mate, being interested in clans is the same as being interested in playing wars against other clans. You must want to be active and receive and reply a lot of emails. But before you could join a(ny) clan you should take a look at your self. Do you really want to be in a clan? What kind of leadership you want? Do you want to get many emails or not?

Based on these questions you should pick a or more clans you would like to join. As being the leader of ST (and yes Zot was right we don't accept new members) I can tell you, the clans in the what is called "Big 5" (which is nonsense) don't really need members. I suggest you go to other clans (outside the Big 5) for many reasons:

1. They need members more then the Big 5 armies do
2. They need the skill you have, if you would go to a "Big 5" clan they would only want you to eliminate concurention.
3. They are maintained very good by their leaders (not all of them tho ;))

I suggest you pick one of these:
VT Vigilante Tanks
VT's Thread
This is a good TBM clan, TS maybe just a little worse. They are very active, very active on PTT but also in-game. I like most of these guys and really General Vigoroth or Vig is a good leader!

This is one of the older "outside Big 5" clans, very active and maintained well by blitzer, they have good guys that will be willing to help you grow through the game.

There are a lot of other good clans as well, but I picked these 2 because they ve been here for a while and they have shown that they will last a little longer.

Well now that was basically everything I had to tell you. If you don't find someone to train you, you can always contact me in the ST thread and I ll help you with whatever (don't take that to litteraly) you need.
But I m in the middle of exams (= BIG BIG tests) so my computer access is limited..

I see in your profile that you leave in UK right ? So you'll see players of this timezone very often ! A suggestion : train hard before joining a clan/army : you'll have more choice to join a clan which interest you... Hope we'll help you in game ! :)

To everybody that helped me: I would like to thank you guys for all the info you gave me. I made my choise. I have a second choise too. But for the moment I want to stay loyal to one clan. If the clan I chosen agree's me. I'll be, and stay in that clan.
