I know that, but in a downloaded version of ThinkTanks there is no data folder for ThinkTanks, so I put anything in a ThinkTanks.main because I don't have one!!!

Look you right click(or control click if you have a one click mouse) on ThinkTanks and select open contents then you click on contents then resources then game then data
Pray to GOD for him to reveal himself to you.
I believe he's trying to say he has a cracked (illegal) version of thinktanks.
If that's the case, he can rot in hell. %)

I cant use my modwizard on my thinkTanks because I registered online, and got the downloadable one from shockwave. Is there a way to use modwiz?
