Ok how do I fix this problem: whenever I add something in to the.mis file (type something paste something blah blah blah) it wants to change the file to a text file or unicode ile or some other kinds of files.Once I fire up the game I can't load my mod and I have to delete that file and start again with the backup file. Which file do I save it under so it will work or how might I avoid this problem? Thanks again and remember I'm the number one stupid dude

Im guessing you are using notepad? If so go to file, save as and then make it look like this:

Except the mission should be named different. :P

These are all my choices

File name: TT1_4.mis

Then save as type:Text document MS-DOS format, unicode text document, text document, Rich Text Format (RTF), and word for windows 6.0

Get UltraEdit, the best text/hex editor around. It can even edit dso (compiled) files!
