I am going to download the GIMP but which one do I download to get the program to run? (on a windows)

The GIMP for Windows (version 2.2.10)
Left side colum click Gimp for windows
Then click auto installer
Then click download here in this line

Yes, do exactly what ^ said, because GIMP is very good to make skins on and I highly recommend it.(I've been using it to make a few myself)

@GQ thx, because I downloaded about 30 different ones and they were all paches, or update not the full version.
@ Jedi you should post your skins so people can see them and don't worry if there not that good cause u can get suggetions on how to make them better. My 1st skins were not good at all.

If you have CygWin or some other dev environment, get the 2.3.6 source code. Takes time to build, but it r0x0rz.
