I haven't seen a posting where the modem was the problem but I suppose it could be. Do you have the modem connected to a router or access point? If so, then the router/access point probably has some firewall capabilities and it can block other user's from getting to your server.
Yup thats the deal I have a router 2... I am sry that no1 could c your MOD's... Well there is only 1 other way and it's pritty tricky 2 pull off... MAKE IT DEDICATED! DON DON DUH (scarry music) XD
