First u gotta find ur folder.... C:/program files I beleive, mine was in there...

FOR TANK SKINS

Bravetree/thinktanks/game/data/shapes/tanks

^^ go into those folders

In there u see tank01, tank02, and 03... First being light, med, heavy I beleive... Find ur skin u want then paste it in the tanks folder
after u paste itt, delete ur old tank01/02/03 whichever one u wanted to change and then name ur new skin tank01/02/03 depending on if its a light med or heavy.

FOR SCRUMBALL

Bravetree/thinktanks/game/data/shapes/common
locate ur scrumball in there, delete it and name ur new scrum, scrumball

Hope it clears that

... First of all, I think ^ has the first stage done... Skip a little bit, and then do this. For any tank, you HAVE to have the image be 512 pixels by 512 pixels... Otherwise it won't work... Anything else... Well, ur on your own. Then open any image editing program and edit the skin. Then, save as a jpg or jpeg. Now we go to the last part f juicy's post... Delete ur old tank01/02/03 whichever one u wanted to change and then name ur new skin tank01/02/03 depending on if its a light med or heavy.

Pardon my rudeness, I cannot abide useless people.
