I do not play your game. I have a child that does. My child and some of his friends like to play the game. They usually go into a room by themselves and chat and just play around. I am extremely concerned that there are some predatorial kinds of actions in these games. I am talking about vile, sick, profane grown individuals preying about young people or children. I have walked in on my childs game to see other people saying these disgusting things. My child showed me how to chat during the game, so I ask these people to stop. They tell me to go F myself and put my kid on a parental lcoked game or something like that. My child actually earned the 20 dollars to get the game. He should be able to play with friends and chat in the course of the game.

Here is where it gets serious. In the United States if a child identifies himself or herself as a minor and is subjected to any provocative or sexual provocation online by any individual that individual can amd will be prosecuted in a court of law. Log files or any other files showing a history of said discussion can and will be subpoenaed by the local law enforcement authority. I understand that there are some sick individuals out there in the world, but I would think the last play they would be is in a cartoon tank game online. There needs to be better oversight provided by whoever manages these servers or games. The time is not long coming that a concerned parent may take that step to go after the vile people that are saying these things to children during the course of these games.

I am sure the vast majority of you are good people just playing to have fun. But, for the rest of you watch yourself. I have taken many scrren shots of what my child has been subjected to in preparation of turning them over to local authorities if things get worse. Please do your part to have fun in the game but keep it clean. Please forewarn those individuals that continue to sexually provoke or attack my child or any other that we have the ability to track them down and have them prosecuted. Thank you.

You made this pretty convincing to be considered a prank. If this is true however, why are you letting your child on in the first place, and how are you already taking screenshots and chatting to others within being on TT for less than a day?

Dont allow him on. Many parents made that mistake. Ignore script doesnt stop it.

After what I have been through in this game you call me heartless? OMG you need to get a clue yourself and become more aware of any online game before your child plays it, if you would have took the time to find the forums here and did some research on the game first, then your child would not have been put through some of the stuff myself and alot of others have been through. You also would have found in the member section a list of moderators and admin that can be reached very easy to ask questions of. So I feel even making a thread like this before any research on your part, or even trying to talk to the mods or admins first was a mistake on your part. I feel your pain and like I said some people may find my comments alittle harsh, but if it gets you to own up to your responsibility and makes you do some research on the game and keeps your child safer then thats all I care about. What you think of me is of no importance here.

I think this thread has run its course for usefulness. At this point all the responses I am getting are accussatory and of little benefit to anyone. To those that have given thoughtful well intended comments I thank you. To the rest of you that have laid blame on me as a concerned parent, it is people like you that enable these jerks to troll around in games and other places targeting our children. For all I know, some of the less useful comments here may have come from the sickos that have targeted my child in these games.

Look no matter were you go there are going to be perverds & lunatics out there so why dont you just have your soon create a server and then put a password that only him and his friends know on it.

I like to rant, you know that Niko. I have my soapbox all painted up just for this special event. But if this is not a fake and this parent does not realize I am just trying to make them take responsibility, other then making a easy post and asking everyone else to do the hard part by answering all there question here instead of this parent actually looking into the game and finding the information available to them. It's all here for them if they just look. Everyone knows I always am willing to help anyone with almost anything but ignorance of a parent to not research a game online before a minor plays it is just plain crazy. Makes no sense of any kind.

GQ: I researched the game ahead of time before we bought it. I actually sat through several games online observing. There were no problems to that point. These are recent problems. Again, the terminology you use such as "ignorance of a parent" just befuddles me. It appears you have got nothing better to do than to target the one parent in here that seems to be aggresively pursuing some options to making this a safer game for their child. I have yet to question your parenting skills, however your lack of sensitivity and your subverted anger do cause me some concern for you as a parent.

I will be handling this matter from now on out side of PTT via emails.
