What is name of your mission? I've heard if it's TT4 _1.mis it can work. :o
Each time I have seen this it's because of elements that are added that others don't have. There are for too many elements to try to troubleshoot it here. What you could do is make a copy of your mission file so you have a back up. Then remove all of the elements (rocks, trees) and try to launch the server and see what happens. The paths are very critical in the mission file. Nothing should have a path with Demo, or common in the path. I believe anything in the common folder will give your mission problems.

It would help to tell us what you have actully done and tried... (long silence...)...
You don't have to let go of one rope before grabbing the other. But you'll have to let go of one if you want to swing forward.
