Well, you addicts? I've played 645 times! But thats because I keep having to exit when I mod. Every time you go start up thinktanks and go into a server it counts as one. To find out:

Go to your Think Tanks/game/client folder
find a file called prefs.cs
Find a line in it that is something like the one below:

                                        

                                        $pref::playCount = #;

                                        

The # displays how many times you've played.

I have played 98 times since I started using Linux. AKA this past month.

I have been playing this game for over 2 years, that a lot of internet usage, desktop abuse, and games played. How many?? Who cares, I'll be here next year, and the one after that, will every1 else be?? Time will tell!!!

It counts the times you have started up TTanks application.

You don't have to visit any server, because of that I might have pretty large number as I often just check out what kind of games are running and after that quit as none were interesting enough. (Current games no longer works. I must have overheated it.) I think even if you play, for example, ten hours straight it counts as one playing time.

I'm not sure if I dare to look myself... XD

I couldn't resist... 504 times. Thought, probably only half of them are actual playing. Eg 1/3 of starting attemps seems to crash. On my main computer the number is much higher that one I better not to check out.

Hmmm... 3 newer versions of TT... 51 + 87 + 97... That will be 235 in the past three months... Now (evil cackle) I have saved the 2252 from my old laptop to come to a grand total of 2487. Subtract a good 300 for modding tests I used to mess around w/. I actually cared a lot about this kinda thing.

I've tested it and it only adds 1 once you start up TT and enter any server. After that, it will only add another 1 if you exit the game itself and restart it.

On my main computer 25. Looks like the countlist got zeroed when I had to reinstall ttanks to get it work. Even thought I moved 99.9% of the files from the non-working to the working, inclueding the pref.

Every day since July 13 2003, minus two weeks for vacation. Make that at least over 1000 days playing it and I still suck! XD
