Ah... All the secrets of ThinkTanks!!! Well, for starters, there are alliances called Armies that people can join, see the Armies forums for more details. They show that they're in that army by adding it's initials to their name, for example, UDU->Ultimate Dragon Union. Smaller letters show a rank, i.e. Cc-> Cocaptain. Welcome to PTT! (Planet ThinkTanks)
You should also know that all the cool kids use symbols in their name. Frostie just won't cut it -- you better change that name quickly. Also, the worse you spell, the cooler you are. Lastly, sarcasm abounds. Welcome.

Hey frostie dont worry im new too just got to the army forum and you can create your own army and recruit pepople I am getting ready to recruit people in just a few minutes

My advice is to play solo 4 a while till u get good
Watch good players. See how they get away with some of the stuff they can do in the game, then do it yourself. Try all the play modes. I prefer scrum, but battlemode is fun, too.
Get the ignore script and use it when trolls bring out the foul language and spams

Well except for that one guy who keeps impostering me and team killing and insulting me... If I ever find out who he is I'm gonna blow him to pieces and fill Cranium Crater with his remains!!! When you buy the full game and you want to play on a mod, just remember there may be a long "one time only" download (May be up to 45min on some mods) just give it time. You can pre-download some mods but others you can't.
P.S. When you join a mod ask what the rules are. Like on my mods the rules are, no team killing, no cussing, no spamming of the chat line, never ask to be a admin, Do not work around the anti cuss script to have your words seen like T*H*I*S or you will find yourself banned from my servers. Do not use the F*** word you will be banned, and trust me when I say I will find out.
We try to make our mods a save an fun place for players of all ages.
