I had a thought this morning about trying to provide a classification and grading scale for tank skins. Here's what I've got so far, give me your thoughts and suggestions and we'll see if we can't come up with a uniform way to judge the various skins people create.

Skin Classifications:
A - Art. This is a skin that oversteps all norms. Very few skins should reach this rank.
B - Sculpted. The skin appears to have a realistic texture to it.
C - Painted. The artist has painted the skin by hand.
D - Filtered. This skin has only had filters, or looks like it has only had filters used on it.
E - Decals. Applying only pictures, logos, graphics and/or text to an existing tank skin.

Skin Rankings:
0-9 - where 9 is the highest rank available, where the skin took a lot of work and creativity and LOOKS like it, and a 0 is the lowest, for those skins that didn't take much effort to build.
