Yea Roo Love the Tennis but can I play them whith out predownload??

Friday, October 20, 2006 at 12:22:47 PM

Tankerbell just join and let it load
As long as the servers not full and no one is knocking to get it
No one will bother you

The only time the admins kick a loader is when a vet is knocking
So dont take it personal

Hip hop, ho-roo. This is good stuff, a review forthcoming...

Roo, these maps are unbelievable. Man these things play smooth as glass, and a perfect number of arrows even for the old stuck up farts that are in love with the old style MonkeeMan maps that love to drive.(No Offense MonkeeMan) These puppies are da bomb man, perfect for 4 on 4 or even 5 on 5. Anyone that has a complaint about these has some serious issue because they have everything, Awesome Job Roo, you come thru with great maps once again.

Any way to get them to rx for download? The server is otherwise empty, but some of the maps still dont get to me in 15 minutes.
madness.

I noticed I couldn't get into african arroyo, even with some waiting. I think I waited for 5 min or so. Otherwise, all the terrains are in the mod_pack/updates folder.

I agree the maps are good sized and well smoothed and nicely laid out.

Top notch job Chicken Man.

I've played them several times and there are at least two that will be classics.

I agree, it seems you have found just the right number of pads throught the maps.

Several time I have come over a hump thinging I'll just shoot back on the arrow with no arrow to be found.

Unpredictable, and constructed very well.

Thanks Roo!

Guys I have the zip for these mods, along with Roo and Lone. If you need anything e-mail me or catch me on YIM. My handle is willisfree2002@yahoo.com. Mt e-mail addy is the same as my YIM handle so either way just holla.

@Rx
Question: Do you have in your shapes folder a folder called Sharp_Trees?
It was part of the add on to XPACK4
I will zip up mine and email it to you

@Tally
Yes Rx has the maps in the most recent MOD PACK
I always get the preload to Rx before Hosting to the masses

@Nap - Deja and All
Thanks much for the kind words

Heh on one map I waited 14 minutes and played 1 minute - but I don't mind, it's all those objects to load.

@ Tally: 56k connection don't do it anymore, friend.

@ Roos: I like the new rocks, one especially offers real cover. The new trees are beautiful too! Nice change of scenery lol - skies, trees, rock, ground texture, etc. One map also has a very dramatic sky - looking storm above! Nice series of rolling hills. Fast play, good size.

Bigger maps may be more exciting to a modder, but smaller map is where SCRUM taes its full name! XD

Awesome!

Thanks Brainz
Yes African Arroyo was a bit ambitious and I am sorry for any download time
But I will say this.....
"This is a brand spankin new set and as such will stay up for 2 weeks"
After that they rotate with the others in groups of 8
Hope you all enjoy them and as always, any or all are available to PSL at any time

Sunday, October 22, 2006 at 9:47:10 AM

They're worth the wait.
