Looks like an advanced use of filters. Pretty dencent
Pardon my rudeness, I cannot abide useless people.
Not bad for a first try at filters, keep messing with all the stuff your program has and read the skinning resoruce thread for alot of good ideas how to get better.
Also get Gimp for skinning it's free and is powerfull.
