That video disturbed and angered me. I would like to cause physical harm to those murdering scum. I wouldn't need a gun to do it, either. I hate guns, and little pukes like the ones in that video that use them. The ending wasn't "kewl". I was rooting for the lion.
^ Fish ---got us another Anti-Hunter playing TT huh. You know Fish..Hunting is just not to kill the animal...it is the experience of being outdoors and stalking the animal that makes it a great experience.
A majestic animal, guess he deserved it defending himself like that. Not thte kill, thrill of the chase, nothing better to do than slaughter an innocent animal on a Sunday afternoon.
^ yet another one who thinks its just slaughter..But im guessing you love to eat hamburger, Bacon,Steak, etc...You wanna talk about slaughter. Maybe I should show you a video of how your meat is processed?
Love to eat hamburger, Bacon,Steak,
If they made a BaconSteakBurger, I'd eat it. I'm not anti-hunting, or anti-slaughter.
Life feeds on life, this is necessary.
Those high-fiveing broke-back cowboys were killing for fun. I'm sure you hunt/shoot. Did they take down that animal right? With those rifles, there should have only been one shot. Disgusting.

It's not that simple. We produce animals such as cows or chickens just so we can end up killing them for the resources they provide us with. There's a purpose in doing it. It's a major food supply that we depend on.
It's not so much that they killed the lion that gets to me, it's just the approach they used to do it. They could of easily used a tranqulizer and killed while it was asleep. Looking at the appraoch they actually did use, you could almost say that they were doing it just 'for the sport of it'. To hell with that stupid shit.
Animals like Lions, Elephants, Tigers, or Panthers (or any other endangered species) are in a class of their own. They shouldn't be considered game (especially since the return value of the animal is practically nothing (and even more so if the gaming is being done by stupid American Hics with IQs as low as they animals they hunt)), they should be considered conservation.
I bet that one day humans are going to wipe out some huge critical species that is apart of an echosystem that is just important just for the fun of it and it's going to cause a huge, global environmental domino effect.

So your telling me that its better for an animal to be raised kept in a pin for all of his life, then took to the slaughter house and killed? OR going out and actually having to work for the kill, hiking many miles, climbing many mountains, and the game actually having a chance to escape?-----your just the stereo type anti hunting critic, all you see is omg they killed that poor poor animal, I done with the thread, theres no use fighting with people who just will never get it :(
^ Apparentley, you're the one that doesn't get it. Again.
That video is what got me riled up, not hunting in general. Those guys didn't "work for the kill". They chased a lion around in a jeep, got it cornered against a fence, and shot it for fun.
You're right, there's no use fighting with people who will never get it. Maybe we should shoot them.
Those people are terrible shooters and there were 4 rifles agianst one lion. Lucky that lion did'nt kill that guy and they would'nt be congratulating each other if he got killed. Sportshunter's suck and they killed for fun. I did'nt even seen them hiking for miles and not even climbing mountains and it's a good thing that the games escape from these sport's for fun hunters.
